The coveted 'Putting the customer at the heart...' award was presented to the specialist finance broker for its outstanding service offering and proposition.

The award is voted for by Shawbrook Bank’s customers.

Maeve Ward, Sales and Operations Manager, Secured Lending, Shawbrook Bank, said the ‘Putting the customer at the heart…’ award is a prestigious one.

“Shawbrook carries out a survey with every single customer, speaking with them prior to completion and asking them to rate the service they’ve received from the broker and the overall experience of their customer journey,” said Maeve.

“This year, TLE was top of all our broker partners with nine out of 10 customers rating the service and the experience extremely highly.”
