Personal Touch welcomes new additions to seconds panel
The pair are key players in the seconds market, with Shawbrook’s second charge mortgage range featuring loans up to 95% LTV, with a maximum loan of £1m and no ERCs.
Paragon offers loans up to £500,000 at 85% LTV.
