Fluent for Advisers appoints BDM
David will work alongside fellow business development manager Donna Johnson and head of intermediaries Jeff Davidson.
David – who has worked at Fluent for five years – was originally a case manager when he started at the company, before joining its internal business development department two years ago as business development officer at its head office in Bolton.
David had previously served as a mortgage broker for 12 years.
Commenting on David’s promotion, Jeff said: “This year we have been very successful in building more formal relationships with networks and clubs and David has been outstanding as part of our internal team helping to manage enquiries from our expanding broker network.
“It was, therefore, an easy choice to choose David to help me and Donna in our work in taking the Fluent message directly to DA and AR brokers across the country.”
David added: “I am delighted to have this opportunity to use my skills and experience in a face-to-face environment.
“As an ex-broker myself, I have a great understanding of the issues facing advisers when working with customers.
“Second charge borrowing can really help provide a compelling alternative for capital-raising clients and I am looking forward to showing brokers where it can be the appropriate choice.”
