The Mortgage Lender partners with packager
The Chester-based Select Partnership is a mortgage and second charge distributor that focuses on applications which are declined by traditional high street lenders.
Shaun Vickery, managing director of the Select Partnership, said: “We know through experience that the number of borrowers who don’t fit the narrow criteria of high street lenders is growing, so we are delighted to add TML to our list of lenders and broaden the choice available to them.”
Also added to TML’s distributor network is Norton Finance & Mortgages, Connect for Intermediaries and John Charcol.
TML officially launched last July after securing £250m of funding from UK Mortgages Limited.
The lender also increased its procuration fees by £300 late last year.
