Time is running out to vote in the sold out- Loan Talk Secured Loans Awards, with the final deadline being less than a month away.

Voting for each category closes at midnight on 11th November 2013 for the first ever secured loans industry awards. From today, this leaves three weeks until the deadline, votes can be cast online here.

The awards come under 12 categories which include, Best Newcomer, Personality of the year and separate awards for Best Lender, Valuer or Broker.

The shortlist of nominees that have the highest votes will be announced on Wednesday 13th November, two days after voting closes.

Nominees then provide a testimony and  three character references for the panel to consider. The judges will then reveal the winners they have collectively agreed on at the award ceremony based Northumberland, Central London.

The awards are the first of its kind, they intend to honour the growth of the sector with a celebration on Thursday January 9th 2014.

The judging panel was announced recently and includes, Marc Goldberg, Director of Blemain Finance, Simon Stern, Director of Prestige Finance and Danny Waters CEO of Enterprise Finance.

The Loan Talk ceremony that is taking place in January completely sold out last month. It’s set to be attended by lenders, packagers, brokers and secured loan specialists.
