Secured loan Criteria Clinic open for brokers until 10pm

The secured loan intermediary specialist, V Loans, has just announced that its new service, the Criteria Clinic, is now open for business every day until late at night.

Marie Grundy, Operations Director, is urging intermediaries to save time and clients’ patience by calling up the Clinic, rather than trying to deal with individual lenders and risk rejection and client disappointment.

She said: “We have received many calls from frustrated brokers, who having struggled with individual lenders’ criteria and thought they had a match, filled in an application form, only to discover that the case does not actually meet the underwriting standard when the application is submitted to the lender directly.

“To counter this, we have set up a service which is already showing great results. The Criteria Clinic is quite simply an ‘at any time, day or night’ facility which intermediaries can call. We will then take the information the intermediary has and be able to tell him whether the enquiry is worth pursuing.

“My business partner, Dave Pinnington, and I will be available up to 10 o’clock at night, so if brokers are with a client they will be able to proceed with confidence and not waste any opportunities.”

She added: “I would urge brokers to make use of V Loans expertise. Dave and I have hands on experience of underwriting for major secured loan lenders and with an enviably wide lender panel, V Loans is the place for brokers who want to save time and maximise their enquiries.”
