Equifinance has announced the appointment of Richard Croll (pictured above) as its regional sales manager.

Richard’s arrival follows a number of key appointments made by the second charge lender over the last two years, which – along with new product innovations – has seen volumes grow significantly.

Richard joins from HSBC, where he served as a business development manager covering first charge mortgages.

Prior to this, he was national broker account manager at second charge lender Step One Finance.

At Equifinance, Richard will initially concentrate on developing new and existing relationships in the southern half of England and Wales, but will also leverage well-established relationships forged during his previous time in the industry.
