Tipton introduces discounted mortgage rate products
Tipton and Coseley Building Society has launched its lowest-ever discounted mortgage rate products.
The initial rates start at 1.04%, discounted until 31st January 2020, up to a maximum 65% LTV.
A discounted rate of 1.09% is available until 30th November 2019 for up to 75% LTV.
The two products also include a free standard valuation, a £99 booking fee and a £900 arrangement fee.
A discounted rate of 1.29% is available until 31st Janurary 2020 for up to 65% LTV, while a 1.34% discounted rate until 30th November 2019 applies for mortgages up to 75% LTV.
Both products also include a free standard valuation fee and £99 booking fee.
