Voting opens for Loan Talk Second Charge Mortgage Awards 2016
The day you’ve all been waiting for has arrived.
Loan Talk is proud to announce that voting for the Loan Talk Second Charge Mortgage Awards 2016 is now open.
The awards ceremony - proudly sponsored by Precise Mortgages, United Trust Bank, Equifinance and Pure Panel Management - is back and will take place on Thursday 12th January 2017 at 8 Northumberland Avenue right in the heart of London.
The awards will celebrate what has been a challenging year for the second charge industry following the implementation of the Mortgage Credit Directive (MCD) in March.
As a result, this year’s Awards will see a new award presented to the biggest contributor towards MCD for the lender or broker who has encompassed dedication to awareness before and after the implementation date through education, broker support and subsequent ease of process post-implementation.

Nominations will close on 7th November 2016 and a shortlist will be created by taking the top 10 in each category and then getting two panels, comprised of lenders and brokers, to select their top four to six.
The official shortlist will then be revealed on 14th November 2016.
