Loan Talk Secured Loans Awards Sponsors announced
Voting for the 2014 Secured Loans Awards is now underway and following a year of unprecedented growth it will be interesting to see which companies make the podium.
For an industry that's demands attention it is important to have an awards ceremony that recognises the best professionals of the field.
Its voting system is a mixture of democracy and expert evaluation. Professionals are given around three months to vote. Then the shortlist for each category is comprised of approximately five companies. Then on the judging day, both the final winner and the highly commended candidate is agreed upon by the panels of expert judges representing the spectrum that is the second charge market.
Similar to the system launched last year, the two panels involved in the deliberations will be the broker panel and the lender panel. The brokers will assess the lenders and vice versa in order to avoid conflict of interest.
The full list of judges will be announced shortly.
The main sponsors for the event are Shawbrook, Blemain, Just Cashflow, Masthaven and Precise Mortgages.
Marc Goldberg Commercial Director at the Blemain Group said: “2013’s ceremony was a great success.
