The Cardiff-based firm acquired the stake in the second charge mortgage and bridging finance broker to support its fast growth as it looks to generate £140m of second charge mortgages and £85m of bridging loans in 2017.

It is the latest in a number of acquisitions by Y3S over the past five years and Barney Drake, CEO of Y3S Group, said he was very pleased to announce this latest deal.
