Promise reports surge in new brokers
Loan master broker, Promise Solutions, has seen a record month in April for new brokers registering to use its loan sourcing and packaging service.
During the month, 525 new introducers registered either direct on the promisesolutions.co.uk website or through one of the many white labelled websites Promise has provided to its network and mortgage club partners.
Another notable trend was the increased interest shown by brokers in Promise’s combined loans and debt solutions offering which enables brokers to source/offer secured loans, unsecured loans, debt management and IVA’s in a simple process with a single data capture.
Steve Walker, managing director of the Promise group, commented: “I must stress that this is not a case of simply adding broker data to our system. Every broker has either used the one minute self registration or has spoken to us. We are really pleased with the increased interest shown in our proposition and despite the difficult trading conditions there does seem to be a little more confidence amongst our introducers and a renewed hunger to maximise every opportunity. We are also seeing a significant number of experienced loans brokers, who may have lost lender agencies, using our system and introducing to us which allows them to focus on sales and finding new business.”
Promise launched its white labelled service to the members of another network last month and has 4 more networks hoping to go live in the next 6 weeks. With it’s market beating HIP and legal search proposition attracting estate agents to it’s website, Promise are also seeing many Estate Agency firms separately registering for its finance proposition with a view to broadening their product offering on the high street.
Mr Walker added: “Building distribution through networks and clubs is a cornerstone of our business. This is going well and, judging by the number of brokers approaching us direct, it is clear that some networks and clubs are struggling to get the loan and debt solution offering right for their members.”
